PepLamb provides the following Services:

Daily Bread Video Creator (daily-bread-video-creator.peplamb.com): A tool that allows users to upload images to create videos, which are then delivered via third-party messaging services such as Telegram.
Mobile Applications: Audio Bible applications available for download on various mobile platforms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or add new features to any of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Daily Bread Video Creator
When you use the Daily Bread Video Creator:
- You may upload images to create videos
- You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded images
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your video
- We automatically delete all uploaded images and generated videos immediately after delivery
- You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you upload
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Comments
When you post comments on peplamb.com:
- You retain ownership of your comments
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your comments on our Services
- You represent that your comments do not violate any laws or third-party rights
- We may remove comments at our sole discretion
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations for at least 30 days.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, you agree that:
- Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Canada
- You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
- You waive any objection to venue in such courts
Arbitration (Optional)
For disputes not resolved informally, we may mutually agree to binding arbitration as an alternative to court litigation. Arbitration agreements, if entered into, will be conducted under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Note: This class action waiver may not apply if you reside in a jurisdiction that prohibits such waivers.

Assignment

Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and PepLamb.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations when using our Services.

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
