Custom Field Cookie

This wordpress plugin checks for all custom keys in a page or a post for custom keys ending with _Custom_Field_Cookie and writes that key as cookie name and its value as cookie value.

NEW: Exclude “(not set)” country, its pageviews and its visits (on Jonathan request). The numbers are aligned to right instead of left (on Jonathan request).
